Anyone know what this means? If so, know what I can do about it? I've looked at water and sewage and they are both more than adequate. The river isn't flooding or all buildings before this one would have the same problem, I would think.

I've got no idea, so silly questions first.

Is it a modded asset or are you using any mods?

If you bulldoze it, does a new asset grow and if so is it flooded as well?

If none of these apply, hopefully someone else that has more help to offer will be along shortly.

Probably just some typical problem with water pouring out of the pipes, call the plumber! :D

which map are you using? some in the workshop do not have correctly optimised water sources which can lead to odd flooding over time, so it could be something inherent in the map itself.

It's a map I made, but checked and double checked and can find no problems. If the river was flooding, there are 30 or more tiles from that particular building to the river and completely populated. It seems that I would have multiple problems.

You could try bulldozing the building, sticking a water pump there for a short while to suck up any water that may be there, and then eventually the pump will become "non operating" and then you need to remove that and rezone and see if the new building has the same issue.

There's no water there. It's probably 30 or more tiles from the river. It finally abandoned and I had to bulldoze it anyway. The problem never reappeared after that either. I would just like to know why that alert pops anyway. Maybe the random Gods are after me?! :)

I have in the past have had water sit at places where the river has flooded and then receded but the lay of the land has left a small area which hasn't receded.

But sounds like you experienced a small bug, or some bad plumbing :)
