Of course I would love every nation down to Luxembourg to have unique focus trees. The thing is though since we're picking and choosing which countries do and don't get them, I find a few of them wasted.
--Yugoslavia and Austria. If either country is alive in 1940, the game is effectively over for the Axis.
--Netherlands has the most massive and worked on focus trees and while it seems ok, they are almost always smoked easily and simply. Would love to see this effort put in other places.
--Portugal. This country gets to live but historically played a small part other than resources. However, we allow them to annex Spain or Brazil. Seems a little crazy and OP.
--New Zealand. Made more sense to be included with Australia.
--Mexico. Just fantasy land.
