This is an obviously outdated question, but I am curious if events of the tournament are triggered properly in the latest patch.
Was the tournament bug fixed in the latest patch?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It was in the patch notes as being fixed. I have not extensively tested it to say yes or no though...
I think it was fixed and my tournament works well. But now in 1.07 blind men can also join the tournament, which still need to be fixed
