Was Hitler a Veggie? I've heard that he was and that he was not. Does anyone know for certain? Please back up claims with sources and such.

That was my source also. But some have claimed that he had a stomach problem that caused him to be unable to stand meat. I was curious where that story comes from.
Hitler claimed that he had stomach problems and thus was unable to eat meat. If that was true or not is another matter altogether.
Hitler was indeed a vegetarian. Another interesting fact, Heinrach Himmler ordered the production of the cealed vans which pumped their exhaust to kill Jews, because he FAINTED at the sight of the shot corpses of the woman and children. Rather amusing in a sick, hellish way.
Does anyone know where I could find a source for the Hitler had stomach ailment so he was he was not a Vegiterian by choice. (I here this one allot And I want to track down the source.)
He was a veggie by choice. He was actually a morally uptight person. He didn't drink, smoke, gamble, partake in casual sex, etc. - his WWI comrades made fun of him for being the uptight stereotypical German soldier with a stick in his ass.
psychologically seen it´s not really uptight but compensating. especially the veg. thing compensates his very 'flesh-eating soul' indeed. prolly makes it bearable when you can say, oh, i´m a nice person, can´t even eat those poor animals.
and he was veg by choice, definately.
regarding sex, it´s said he had rare masochistic encounters. thats also the part where the stick comes into play i guess...
Yes, Hitler was a vegitarian by choice and need. He also disapproved of hunting, and he forbade hunting on his estates and the Wolf's Lair.
As to his blood lust, however, Hitler might have fainted at Jews being shot, but he had the ploters of 1944 hung from meat hooks and their death/torture filmed for his viewing pleasure.
that´s the point. They deserved it, an animal doesn´t in his rationalizing. So he still is basically a nice guy in his own eyes. Ruthless, yes admittable, everything else too but not to be the sick f00k he was. Perversions are hard to admit to oneself...
Ohh, were you talking about Heinrach Himmler who fainted or Hitler? I thought you were talking about Hitler, but Himmler would make more sense to me now that I think about it.
