Playing as USA in WWII, something called "wartime effect" removes 20 % of my IC.

1. What is this for something?
2. How do I remove / get ride of it? (I want full IC in wartimes.)

The wartime effect comes from being a democracy, and the game nerfs the US before the war starts.

Okey. But how do I remove the wartime effect penalty? Where in the game files can I find it?

You got me there. Im sure its on the US.txt file on Data, but i have no idea.

What is the pathway/adress to the US.txt file? I can't find it. Is it somewhere in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Darkest Hour A HOI Game\Mods\Darkest Hour Full\db"?

DH Full/db/events. Ive been trying to find it but so far have not. It should be something like "Peacetime IC Modifier" or "Wartime IC Modifier". I also think you can alter that in the savefile directly.

k...i try answer....since i playing a usa game...there 2 ways to handle it....you can change it in a save game....what i did was open a save with notepad...seach for tech boeing (any usad tech team will do) and then just scroll down underneath the tech teams you find both peace time effect modifer and wartime effect...i change it to the same as england by the way. THIS WILL EFFECT ONLY THE SAVE GAME and any saves made off this save futher along....new games will revert to the orginal values. TO change it for all new games open up dh/ scenarios/33/usa....just scroll down you find the values and you can change them....in the blood and iron mod i playing they are set at peace 20% and war 80%....good luck
