Hey,
after having spent years of my life on EU3, I decided that I would give myself CK2 as a christmas present. After a first trial game, where I learned what I think is most of the game mechanics, I dived in for a second game, where things are going decently. I started on the day after William the Conqueror was crowned king of England, and it is now October 1071.
I have sons married off to princesses of France, Sweden, Norway and a few HRE dukes, and I am in a few wars. The first one is France's with Flanders, where I only sent token forces to clean up the mess, and the war is being won quite decently. My second war is a De Jure war on Lübeck, and everything went fine until they decided to pull heathen Uppland into the war. They were already getting stomped by Sweden and Norway in two separate wars, so I wasn't worried. I sent my main army to occupy them for warscore, and as you can see on the uploaded picture below, I occupy 4 out of Uppland's 6 provinces (Norway occupies the other two), and the capital OPM of Lübeck. However, I am stuck at only 39% warscore, I only get warscore for Lübeck, not the Uppland provinces, and that is a far too low warscore to enforce my claims.
Should I not get warscore for the provinces I have occupied in Uppland?
Or should I negotiate a separate peace with Uppland? In that case, how do I do that?
Or am I just screwed by a game mechanic I just don't get?
Why are some of my occupation lines not continuous? They are on Lübeck and the northern occupied provinces of Uppland, but not the two southern ones. Am I "occupying them wrong" in a way, or does this simply not matter at all?

Slightly off topic:
One of my daughters are married off to the King of France (the other to the Prince of Novgorod), but I suddenly thought that it might be a way for them to get a claim on me. Will I have future French King stomp over my puny Danish forces in a generation or two?
Or will we get a weird family feud, since my son and heir is married to the French kings Sister?
And will there be a possibility that my marriage to a Norwegian princess will pay off in the future?
I am playing 1.08 and with the DLCs Sword of Islam and Legacy of Rome, if that makes a difference.
Thanks in advance.
