So, I'm using the Tribal Feud casus belli to attack Chagatai. Complicating matters is that this is a coalition war. My declared war goal is Kokand.
I have claims on and am bordering Altai and Kokand, so they are both included in the CB reductions (25% AE, 100% Cost)
Altai has 2 base tax and 50 base manpower, for a warscore cost of 8 + 4 + 4 = 16.
Kokand has 2 base tax and 75 base manpower, causing me to expect a warscore cost of 8 + 4 + 6 = 18. But the actual cost is 11.
That's a rather weird number, not a 25%, 33% or 50% reduction. Is it 40%? Or is there something more complicated going on? And wouldn't it make sense for this reduction to apply to all provinces covered by the CB, rather than just the war goal?
