Yep, there are more provinces, so we could put the whole world. You can stop with mapping and just make leaders and government chages 'till there.
Waiting for that day, that HoI3 will be released, we now have a stable Napoleon v0.42. A lot has been changed, just play it and see:

Although there are other ways to do the same, the easiest and least hard-disk consuming way is as follows. You'll need the latest public beta of DDA (dated 2009/01/21).
install
-1- download the latest version (0.42) ;
-2- use winzip or any other software to unzip 0.42 into an empty folder (e.g. c:\games\napoleon) ;
-3- download the HoI2: DD A patch from this thread ;
-4- use winzip or any other software to unzip the file "HoI2.exe" into the main directory of your new Napoleon folder (e.g. c:\games\napoleon);
if required by later add-on packs
-5- unzip any additional files that may be required after the 0.42 files into their appropriate directories ;
apply no-time limit patch
-6- using windows explorer, go to the Napoleon directory, and double-click the file called hoi213betatimepatcher.exe ;
-7- indicate the location where you unzipped the file HoI2.exe (e.g. c:\games\napoleon\HoI2.exe) ;
-8- apply the patch, and if required rename the new exe file to something more suitable (e.g. Napoleon.exe) ;
-9- double-click the executable file.

yeah, our own forum is having some difficulties lately (btw it's back now!) so i thought i'd give it a little push in this thread to show all that nappy's still alive.
Normally we only release our beta's to the few happy priviledged people who call themselves registered nappy forum members .
All's stable and playable now.. and updated to be used with the newest patch (the new spy system works very well especially in this scen!!). But there's still a long way to go.

Consedering you're basically making a completley new game, you've come really far! But some thoughts I have:
- I used JSGME to fire the mod and I find the rivers messed up, are they not fixed yet?
- Great music! You should include more music (it really gives you athmosphere) but perhaps put in in different .rar file?

Correct, they aren't. The map isn't fully ready yet.
More music will definately be added. Most likely they will be in a seperate .rar file when we make an official download.

Can you at least put convoys in the 1812 scenario so the Brtis don't starve to death in the first month?
It's not meant to be a playable version. It's for testing purposes only, and things are made in some sort of order.
I'll try to remember convoys though.

However, my computer isn't fixed yet so I haven't been able to do any work. But I'm hopefully getting it fixed soon.
