So I was bored today so because this seems like the mod I've wanted to play for a long time now, I updated my War of 1812 scenario for this mod. I changed the US's color in my game too just because that green didn't fit very well for me. Anyway it's only very basicly converted (no tech changes since there really isnt a tech tree and OOB has to be better placed). Shall I upload it for you guys sometime?
Wright, so I have made all steps you told in your site's intructions, but it still not work. It load till the mid of the bar, but it shows an error and it closes... And we can just play with the poland? Why?

Nope nothing has to be changed at all. The only thing I did added was new leaders and leader pictures and that's never a bad thing. Still adding/fixing some things so it'll be in a fairly decent area of completion when the tech tree is finished and the mod is more playable
Wouldn't 'Napoleonic Wars' or 'Napoleonic Era' sound better ?

It's not finished so you shouldn't expect to find a downloadable version. The version that exists is an unplayable alphaversion and that is available in the Download forum at our forum.

Hi guys, I do not post here often, but I'm also from the Napoleonic forums (this is another of my aliases but I can't change it to something else here). It's great to see so many enthousiastic people here. Let me be a bit faster than van der Gent and reply to the latest questions (sorry vdGent!).

To make a long story short, you are most welcome indeed at our forums and your (or anyone else's) help is highly wished for. Over there, once registered, as vdGent noted, you can also download the latest version in the Download subforum.

About the cabinet ministers at these times Ottoman Empire was ruled by only sultan at the head of the state.There are only few people around him that helps him.(actually one of them is my 4 th grandfather Koprulu Mehmet Pasa he was a Vezir which rules the state after sultan the second guy thats why I have soo much info about them)I will find detailed pics and infos about them and send you.

About the provinces:What ever the countrys situation Istanbul was the greatest cities of the world at that time andthe greatest importance of all the provinces.All of the arm factories or depots of army were there(that would caused a huge problem for ottomans at WW 1 ) so if you dont know where to put your ic's put most of them in Istanbul.
Although Istanbul is the most important there were also several important cities too.
Balkans:All the balkans has a importance to Ottomans more than Anatolia actually Selenik and Athens was extremly important for trade Sofia has importance too for military.
Anatolia:At these times anatolia was not much important but Antalya and Trabzon bays were important for trade.Also the black sea cities had importance because of trading with Russia.
Middle East:Egypt Lebanon(mediterrian trade center) and bagdat(india and persia trade) was important.

Millitary:Ottoman military was occupied at the every place of the empire to guard country but it most of it were at the istanbul when a problem came out the sultan take the army and go the war place etc.Also at these times there were janisserys which famaous soldiers of Turks they had importance but one new unit type has created by the sultan called NIZAMI CEDID that was the copy of the Napoleons army(unit types tactis) actually and it defeated Napelons army too later it was dissmiised because of political problems but for 50 years they were the best.
At these years Ottomans began to lost their tecnological advantage they had last centruies but they had still powerful wepons such as huge cannons and new rifles(Nizami Cedid) these equipments mostly produced at balkans.
Their navy was big huge but out of tecnolgy thats why it had been destroyed by Russians twice.But naval attack to country was imposible because coast were always protected.
You should make the partizan rate really high for the invader countrys cause Turks were soo nationalist people(actually still ) and for the ottmans the countrys partizan rate was low only high at balkans later.

Relations:Ottman relations was chancable at these they usually try to get more land from east europe the main goal was to take Vienna at these years firstly Ottomans were at war with Austria - Hungry and after that war they enter war with Russians too.Also they enter war with france for egypt control(I remember that Napoleon was defated in syria)Despite these wars they had huge trade agreements with France and later England(With france that trade agreement lasted 200 years that was huge ottomans sold raw metarials and bought steel and guns)
At these times Russia has the importance they want borders to mediterrian so they supported balkan revolitions incredably(especially bulgarian and greek revolitions)Also the things happened at 1789 in france(rebellion) had effected greatly to the Otttomans.
