Maybe a stupid question but if a nation (Vijayanagar) has warned me but they are in a regency, atleast 13 more years, they can't actually enforce that "warning" against me right? Or is the warning mechanism such that they are dragged into a war automatically because of the warning? I wouldn't mind taking Bahmanis and Malabar while they are in regency so that i get as strong as they are now :)

I believe it acts as a call to arms so they can actually be brought into the war against you.
