After playing Elder Kings for a while with various warlord rulers, I've noticed that Morrowind tends to lack warlord cassus belli targets for some rulers. I was wondering if anyone knew what conditions needed to be met for warlord characters in order to get conquest options on Morrowind?

I know that temple subjects can perform warlord conquests against each other, but I've never seen anyone neighboring or outside of Morrowind capable of warlord conquests against them.

SVN or current release? I'm pretty sure it functions differently in each. From what I recall in the SVN version you need to have a ducal title in the kingdom controlled by you/one of your vassals.

I was originally using the current release, but I'm using the SVN now. I'm looking at the current SVN ambitions file, and I think it was due to the neighbors, through luck of the draw, just being ineligible for warlord ambitions except for some Dunmer house rulers due to traits they had. I actually didn't know that the Kind trait restricts warlord ambitions, but that makes sense. So ultimately it was probably just sheer luck that it didn't happen in my long playthrough in the current release.
