At 6:41 pm Truman arrives at the warehouse outside of St. Brendenstown. He has a key, a map, a mobile phone and a notebook with him and enters the warehouse.

Inside Volkov and his companions are waiting. Truman walks to the table and puts his stuff on it.

"Good afternoon Volkov. I've got the money with me and I'm alone. All the biljets are used and unmarked. There is no transponder. Thank you for arranging this"

As his eyes adjust to the dim warehouse, Minister Truman realizes that he is alone, except for several dummies dressed in Air Force uniforms. On one of the dummies is pinned a note.

Enjoy your parts. We will be monitoring the referenced accounts for the deposit. Let us know if you need any more assistance.

- Volkov

The warehouse is full of crates, most labelled in German, some in Russian, and two in Farsi. An inspection of the crates reveals ten years worth of spare parts for F-5 fighters. A more detailed examination of the equipment shows that it is operational and of high quality.

Truman sets up an internet connection with the notebook. He logs into the bankaccount and transfers the money.
He picks up his phone and calls to the Ministry. His secretary Ellen picks up.

"Ellen, Truman here. Can you send a car to the warehouse outside of St. Brendenstown. I would like to be picked up. And make it fast.
One other thing. Send some trucks of the airforce to follow the car. I'll instruct them when they get here. Thanks!
