Since we are handing out career advice I guess you would make a very good psychic or fortuneteller.2. Wormholes are overpowered.
Anyway on topic I think the war looks more interesting than in most other paradox games.

I burned 30000 minerals to get 3 planets. For perspective, that's about 80 colony ships I could've sent. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about and stating your nonsense authoratively just makes it all the more ridiculous.
Minerals are also used by the fleet and going over the fleet cap is probably not a good idea. Going to war with low mineral reserves is probably not a good idea either unless you actually expect to steamroll the enemy and don't loose any ships. No, energy is upkeep and must be kept at medium levels. Minerals must be used to build. Having large reserves means you arent building. If Wiz played slower withotu rushing he wouldnt have such reserves and wouldve had a better economy and warfleet
1. It's normal to stay at low minerals, if you dont it means you either built everything you could or arent playing effectively.
2. Wormholes are overpowered.
You've got a point, as someone who has never played the game (or apparently even watched the streams) you do have more knowledge of optimal strategy than what the people who are designing the game have explicitly said. No, energy is upkeep and must be kept at medium levels. Umm... his goal is to take two planets for himself... one for his ally... I wouldn't call that crippling. Also remember, there's that Third member of the Alliance that will not lose any territory in the war...You used minerals to defeat your biggest rivals making them from USSR into post-soviet Russia. They will never be able to rise again, so you spent money for superwin.
It just seems to me like such an unnecessary change from previous titles, additionally i almost never have my hand on my keyboard when i play Paradox games since they usually lack any meaningful keybindings, having to move over to press that key every time would take even longer.
He can easily blob south and then invade north. As far as it goes, Blorg will win the game in the next 100-150 years.Umm... his goal is to take two planets for himself... one for his ally... Also remember, those are JUST the empires he's next to... there's that huge Federation in Galatic North to deal with later even if he wipes out his rivals...

So when are you resigning so that the infinitely superior @Faycron can take his rightful place at Paradox?Whew! See, here I was thinking they would use the ensuing truce to rebuild and seek new allies, but I'm glad I was wrong. Good thing you are here to teach us new players about the lack of bounceback in Stellaris with all your expertise in the game.

When the war ends, his enemies will have 5 years to rebuild their fleet, I'd say that's plenty of time.He can easily blob south and then invade north. As far as it goes, Blorg will win the game in the next 100-150 years.
The zoom to system bind is M so if you DID have your hand on the pause key (spacebar) then M is very very close. Out of interest what is your hand doing...?![]()
This girl has a multi monitor setup, so i just sway from left to right depending on which screen i'm looking at. And since i usually watch a stream on netflix while playing EU4 i swirl from side to side quite a lot.
Which means you are way better as AI programmer than actually playing...I burned 30000 minerals to get 3 planets. For perspective, that's about 80 colony ships I could've sent.
