Playing as Austria i already had the majority of HRE members vassalized and some vassals not on the HRE. I have been in a PU with England since almost the beginning. After reaching enough Imperial authority + releaseble vassals to burn through the last 3 reforms i managed to pass the penultimate one and only Navarra didn't went to war with me (Navarra was in the HRE and by disagreeing with the reform left it). This was after some save/load because i didn't want any province to leave but since it was only OPM Navarra i kept going. The next day Norway joined the war becoming the war leader and the day after Enlgand joined!!!! WTH??? i had 150+ relations with them.
Now i'm at war with myself because i'm the ruler of Austria, Tuscany, Bavaria and England.
How is this possible? As far as i know, they weren't even allied with Navarra or Norway nor had guarantees with them.
EDIT: They had Navarra within their SoI. That explains it but shouldn't England leave the union if they went to war with their major partner in said union?
