A dumb question but have you tried to scroll down?

There isn't any option to scroll down.

The only stuff I see is the background image, the words QUESTS, SAVED GAMES, PLEASE SELECT A SCENARIO ON THE LEFT, and the patch #.

I followed the instructions in the .rar. Is anyone else having this problem?

I seem to be haveing difficulties with the 7 zip files. I downloaded 7 zip, but when trying to do anything with the files all I get is "unspecifed error."
EDIT: When I try to open #2, it says I can't open it as an archive.
EDIT 2: Ahhh, ok I got it, it might help to have slightly more descriptive install instructions on the first post.

Wow, in all my years of using 7zip, I've never come across this way of archiving files before. If anyone is having trouble, you have to get all three files together (like say on the desktop), and then combine them into one 7.zip archive. You can do this by opening the 7Zip file browser and navigating to where you placed the three downloads, select them all (might not be necessary, but is what I did), then right click, and choose combine in the menu. I just muddled around until I stumbled upon this solution, so a bit more clarification in the first post couldn't hurt.

Maybe the problem was the extraction. I expected it would be similar to WinRAR, where you just click on the first of the archive files, and that they'd automatically combine while extracting. Maybe it didn't.

However, when I select all 3 in the manager and right click, I do not get the option to combine. It's greyed out.

Edit: So after going through a tutorial, I finally was able to extract it the way JeffSteel mentioned. Apparently I got it right the first time though. Anyway, I uninstalled and reinstalled everywhere once again, and I'm still having the same issue. No scenarios are popping up on the scenario screen.

Edit #2: Apparently the Fallout mod is incompatible with windowed mode. So ya, I fgured it out, but at 1920x1080, everything is so damn stretched out.

Game keeps crashing just a year in to the scenario. I was really starting to enjoy the game too.

I experienced that too, about four crashes occured right after the other from march 36 till may, past that it plays great so far. Although events tend to be lazy when they should fire...

Mine keep happening at the start of 1937. Attempting to reload from the autosave also resolves in a crash.

Game works fine for me in 1936, but craps out on me at 1937.

1. I keep getting a bunch of UKNOWN STRING WANTED events happeneing to other countries, I don't know exactly what is hppening, but they seem to mostly be Enclave and Den, but not always.
2. For some reason, I can't do amphibious or airborne attack. I can load the troops, and then the transport moves to the target, but it does not attack. The mission timer keeps moving up, though it says the mission has already started.

1. Well, USW should occur when the text is missing. I don't know how are the text files because i can't unzip the mod.

2. Then I don't know what happens.
