Yea, some even has english as third or fourth languageMany people on the forums speak English as a second language no need to be rude.

Beside the misplaced "in hoi4" and the missing question mark, there's nothing wrong with it. The first only breaks the flow of reading without causing ambiguity and the second is addressed by the presence of "should you" instead of "you should".including me, I was joking but point is it was almost imposible to decipher what he meant.
IMO:
Equipment*, which is within territory of country, as well as content of "equipment reserve", should be captured by enemy at the moment of capitulation, with adjustment for sabotage etc. by their troops (loss of: 50% for land equipment, 75% for aircraft, 100% for ships)
Equipment*, which is within territory of allied country, should be taken by that allied country at the moment of capitulation, with adjustment for sabotage etc. (loss of: 10% for land equipment, 25% for aircraft, 50% for ships)
Same could in principle be applied to surrounded/overrun units.
* equipment cantained in ground units + ships and planes
If you look at % I suggested, enemy wouldnt capture 50% ground weapons, 25% aircraft and no ships and allies would capture 90% of ground weapons, 75% aircraft and 50% ships.I don't mind the idea of war reparations (they happened, after all, primarily with ships of the defeated navies being given to nations from the Allies and the USSR), but it was never all of them, and in most of the cases of attempted forced seizure of vessels, they were scuttled (Netherlands and Toulon being the best examples I can think of). There were much higher rates of success seizing allied ships in allied ports, both the Allies in regard to the French fleet and the Germans in regard to Italian ships in the parts of Italy they were effectively occupying at the time of Italy's surrender. Given that, I'd probably have the ship percentage for seizure far lower, unless they're given in a peace deal (and even then, ships given in peace deals have on occasions been scrapped en-mass). The allied seizure percentage, on the other hand, should be pretty high for all three types of equipment, if we're using the period covered by the game as a guide, as far as I can see (if I've missed something, by all means point it out).

no problemSorry, right you are, brain was on the fritz yesterday and mis-read your post, apologies, we're on the same page.
Hotchkiss was a French tank that the German took over, IRL. You should be able to conquer the research, factories and assets of the country you took, but it should be at some costs. Example would be if you annex someone that is another ideology than you, that would give you a lot of partisans, and could potentially fuck up your newly taken industry.
