This is something that's been bugging me lately. What happened to War Pacts? Were they fazed out by a patch or something?

I believe it is something that lets you pull countries not in you alliance into a war with another nation while the war is going on. In game files there are things that refer to it, like text.csv label things, and I remember there being a war pact shield thing near those for rm, alliance, cb, etc.
Yes if you look in the references for what messages you want, it will say war pacts just like alliances and such. I dunno what happened to them either. I've wondered about that for ages.
