It's always bothered me a little that the War of the Roses always ends with victory for either the Lancastrians or the Yorkists, with the actual real life ending with the Tudor dynasty rising ot the throne being impossible. I don't necessarily think it should happen all the time; I just think it should be possible.
I would suggest something along the lines of: if the ruling monarch dies during the War of the Roses and there is no heir, the current heir has only a weak claim, or is not yet of age, then an event should fire installing Henry Tudor as King. There could then be an option to end the War of the Roses by marrying into the rebelling house instead of continuing to fight.
