I would like if your nation to get claims on the arkadian colony after you've conquered it. It works like getting rid of the humans/turning them into ghouls and then it's a national territory.

Your neighbouring nations are the HoP, the Rustlands, the Sea People, Arkadia. If you conquer the arkadian colony, the republic of the 3 rivers and Atlantis would be new neighbours of yours.

Best way to get your flag done soon is by PMing either a design that you want or an already existing design. Some that have already been posted will be done but some may not be found until the last minute.

Yeah, on the Hoi2 wiki there's a flag generator, found it in the back of my doomsday folder.
