I was just thinking to make the game historicaly accurate there should be a Spanish succession event to balance the scale of Habsburg vs rest and to make the game accurate.
I was thinking these as the conditions..
Year is 1600 to 1700
Spain is independent
France is independent
Spain has royal marriage with France
Progress
per country with Habsburg dynasty
if Spain is under Habsburg
If France and Spain are at peace

I hope this is implemented and is as rare as Burgundian inheritance without the possibility of a forced event
