War Of Honor

I was under the impression that a War of Honor was a not land taken kind of war. Am I incorrect?

Why do the rules not apply to the Ottomans? Playing the current game, I was at war with the Wallachians, I only took 2 provinces because I assumed that the Ottomans couldn't take land, and then the Ottomans swallowed up the Wallachians in one gulp.

Why is the AI not bound by the same rules we the players are?

Not sure what CB that is, but it could be that it only affects the attacker, not the defender. Or maybe Wallachia were a secondary participant so the Otto's were able to separate peace them to get stuff still.

War of Honor is from the diplomatic insult CB and contrary to popular believe, you can take provinces with that CB(even as the player). You just have to pay unjustified demands, because taking provinces is not part of the wargoal
