War in Heaven will not end (stuck at 92%, savefile attached)

Hello!

First, thanks for the awesome work with Utopia, I'm having loads of fun.

That said, in my current game I've allied with my friendly neighborhood Xenophile AE, and when they got into a WiH with the nefarious Xenophobe AE, I was happy to help.

Alas, that was not to be. Even after I've destroyed all their fleets, and taken over all their planets, our war score is stuck at 93%, and won't go higher.

Here is the save game, I hope that you guys can find what is causing this bug! :-D

Uhhh, Why was this moved from Technical Support to User mods? The save game is not modded, did I do anything wrong?

no idea why it was moved. Pm a mod and ask them to move it back
I have a fix for you though its just annoying. Gift one or two or more of your own planets to the losing side. once they are occupied the war ends

if your not playing ironman you can then type into the console
debugtooltip - then hover mouse over your previous planets - it will give you the player ID.
while the game is paused type player ** (the id number you got above)
then gift the planets back to yourself

If you are not playing ironman just type 'warscore 8' into the console (use the ¬ key).
I have altered the save file so that it is no longer in ironman mode. You won't be able to get achievements but you will be able to fix the war thing. After your done I can reset it back to ironman mode if you want to get achievements again.

did not know i could alter saves.

the only reason i have not played iron man is cause i use the console to fix bugs.
