So I just got Leviathans. and I think a war in heaven was about to happen...one of the fallen empires gave me the pop up screen of becoming awakened....then some time later another gave me one as well. However the 2nd FE then about 2 years later seemed to have a revolution and split into 2 different empires...and both were gobbeled up in short order by other species, leaving the 1st Awakend Empire to run freely over everyone with a fleet of over 500k. I was the 2nd biggest empire around and the best i could muster was 300k (which I will say seems to drag the speed of the game down to a crawl when you have fleets that big)
now im guessing this 2nd empire shattering like this was a fluke....but in a war in heaven event- is there a specific event that pops up that says you can form the non aligned species together-how does that work exactly?
