War immediately ending inconclusively - unexpectedly displaying conditions?

That's not supposed to display like that, is it?

I've seen this twice (second time was... the previous war, two months immediatley prior). The entry appears in the log before the declaration (which is on the same day).

I'm not involved over on that side of the HRE, so I don't know if there were factions involved or what.

edit: happens again three months later. Crazy Bohemians.

This is still happening in 1.07b (though with fixed text). Six attempts by the poor Count of Medelpad to declare independence of Sweden have ended inconclusively (cb no longer valid)... in the past year.

edit: he made it up to 22 before being drawn into someone else's faction war. He, uh... won't be making any more attempts.

Seen it too.
With me a relative has no been launching the 9th(!) war of Succession against me, without ever fighting for a day or even raising troops. It gets tiresome.
