Has USA gone to daylight savings yet? if u have going half an hour earlier will mean a 9:30am start thats pushing it.

I think maybe we should put a maximum cap on the number of MT points you can accumulate. Otherwise isnt there the potential to have 6664 leaders every time? I dont really know how the leaders are gnerated but it seems to be if you have a certain number of bonus points through the MT system then your eladers must at an extreme number become in every case a Nappy
IIRC the way John does MT, leaders are generated randomly still and if the total sum of the stats is above the MT for that country, stats are reduced in a particular order. So it would really take some luck to get a Nappy still, and it's still possible to get very rotten leaders, depending on what random luck you have.
