War goals of my allies

Hi, I'm playing as Germany and taking the historical start of the war. because I'm the only axis member who was involved in the war from the beginning, i wonder whether tag switching to my allies after I'll call them to arms, and giving them war goal against the UK, means that they would actually get the the claim after the UK surrenders, while I'll get the rest with the 'Conquer' war goal. This question is also concerning the SU. Will calling, for example, Finalnd, after the war was already started, tag switching, and claiming finnish cores means that after the Bitter Peace I'll get all the Drang nach Osten provinces except for the finnish ones while Finland will recover all it's cores?

Yes, they should get the targeted regions. And you should get most of the rest. Please note that with conquest, everybody gets what he occupies, so if your allies occupied territory that they have not claimed by war goal, they might get it as well. All territory that is neither claimed nor occupied by your allies will go to you.

Yes, that is exactly what should happen.
I am not sure whether it is because of the war goal Finland sets or just by event. Finland will get get at least the territory USSR took from them, and iirc they should also get the other Russian territories they have cores in when you set that war goal (most of Karelia).
There is a priority which wargoals are to executed first. Acquire core is always #1.
The reason for my uncertainty about the other provinces is that Drang nach Osten is also a Axis specific war goal and may be treated similar to reclaiming cores. If two allies set the same war goal, it's first come, first serve. Unless you are the faction/war leader (e.g. Germany), then you can just override the territorial demands of your allies (except cores, of course).

So after three and a half months the soviets finally surrendered. Calling to arms seems to only be involved with the allies (does this option only invite against the faction/country who declared war on me?), so i had to tagswitch to japan and declare limited war on the SU demanding the eastern coast region. I did the same with Finland and set the retake cores wargoal.
The result was, that i took the western part, japan didn't get anything and Finland only recieved what the soviet took from the winter war (which was a different, second wargoal they seemed to set themeself). Also Romania recieved Bessarabia back, although they were not in the war and are not yet in a faction.
