so what i would like to have is a global war (or war exhaustion) map mode.
I know there is the diplomatic map mode which will show you allied and enemy countries for each selected country. this is nice, but i need to select most countries one by one to get the whole picture.

i would like to have a global war (or war exhaustion) map mode. so at any time i know what countries are at war at a glance. in this way i might pick my next target as i will know it is probably exhausted.

thoughts?

I'm not entirely sure what you want the map mode to show. You want all countries at war to be a certain color, and those at peace to be another color? Or countries participating in a specific war have a specific color (not sure how this would work for multiple wars)?

yes in case we have war map mode, all countries currently in war are say red, while all countries in peace are no-color or green. this mode would not care of who is at war with who. just the war/peace state.

in even better scenario, war-exhaustion map mode, it would be similar to say opinion map mode where all countries would have a shade of red to depict war-exhaustion level with red being in one end to depict max war-exhaustion. no color or green being on the other end to depict 0 war-exhaustion.

This would give the player an insight of interested/neighbor countries so as to who would be the next target
bause of their high war exhaustion.
