I just finished my war with Austria and had a WE of around 15. But each month, my WE keeps on going up 0.2 even though I am at peace. Is there a way to check what is causing the increase in WE? Thank you

Odds are that you are still taking attrition. You've likely left some troops in foreign territory or have a massive stack of troops on land that does not have a high enough support limit. Split up armies while not actively battling.
