I never worry about it. Especially that I'm playing as Rome from earliest possible. They are military republic and suffer less from WE. I use the effect to take Carthage, Egypt, Macedonia, Seleucids, and the Gallic nations to the north of Rome within a 10 - 15 year time frame. Then I will change to dictatorship and any other military use is put to destroy minor nations and revolts/civil wars. So find a military republic!

Anyway, my question was about where to see my WE score.
For example, hover your mouse over the RR number in province screen. You'll see the break of numbers affecting the RR, including the WE.

WE is quite important. It affects both RR and ruler popularity. Any prolonged war will see RR rocket and the popularity of the ruler to plummet. When your WE gets above 10, troubles really start to stack, especially if you are not a small country with WE reducing laws, ideas and advisors.

RR, and thus WE, is the tool with which you can without a navy rip large countries apart (for example Seleucids, or situations where the opponent has naval supremacy). Look at hostile provinces with high RR, send in agents to incite rebellion. When their WE score is above 10, you will easily get enemy provinces to RR 30% or more, which means the country goes in flames soon.

Also, right after a long war with the ruler popularity low (because of high WE) the risk of civil war is imminent. This risk is obviously much lower in republics (because the ruler with low popularity will just changed in next elections) but for kingdoms it can be a killer.

I really don't see what you mean! Do you mean find a military republic to play in order to have the WE decay bonus or find military republic to wage war on? Anyway, my question was about where to see my WE score.

Well, I said that Rome is a military republic, and I told you why you should play as them, then I told you to find a military republic. I probably would have told you to wage war on military republics if that's what I reccomended. Also, I didn't want to tell you where you could find "we". I wanted to answer the second part of your question, which you did ask. :)
