War ceasing with no notification

Playing as Portugal I was allied with Castille, who must have been allied with Navarra because I was dragged into a war of France claiming Bearn.

It went on for a long time. Castille's armies got wiped out pretty early and France and her vassal allies occupied more and more ground. The war score mysteriously stayed at 0, even though France had won many more battles than it lost and had occupied Bearn in addition to 5 or 6 other Castillian provinces.

But oddest of all, suddenly I noticed that I was no longer at war, nor was Castille, and I received no messages whatsoever about it. Nothing in the log, no popup, nothing. And I was no longer allied with Castille.

Anyone got a guess what happened? Is all this WAI?

I've noticed that as well playing Portugal. By default Peace messages only show up in the log at the bottom of the screen I believe so you will have to change that to something more to your taste.

Might be that in the peace Castille was forced to end the alliance with you.
But I noticed when playing Venice that my alliance with Austria seemed to have ended without a word so maybe it's something acting up?
Or we simply missed it in the logs.

There seems to be a bug that if the war leader peaces you out there is no message, no popup and not recorded in the log.

And about the warscore staying at 0, I believe that the shown warscore is between you and the other side. So aslong as you do not lose fights, gets blockaded or gets sieged, or said in a shorter way do not participate in the war, the warscore you can see will stay at 0.

There are lots of messages notifications issues. Even if you go through option/msg settings it doesn't matter. I hope demo isn't based on gold release or we will see the when is patch threads very soon.
