Just to clarify - when you say you didn't win the war, do you mean peace wasn't automatically signed, that you were unable to enforce all your demands, that it was completely impossible to end the peace on favourable terms at all, or that signing peace was impossible period?

From the further description, it seems that you were eventually able to sign *a* peace that gave the winning side stuff?

So you declared the war, with wargoals for you.. but your AI allies became "leader" of the war?

Do you have a save of the situation before, or during, the war that might help me understand the situation better?

My complaint was that I didn't auto win when I was at 100%for so long. This always used to be the case. The ai might offer peace on his own terms but not simply lose unless you force peace

Sadly, a lot of the people involved in the design have already gone on vacations, so I'm not getting answers as fast as I'd like, but I'm trying to figure out what the idea behind this is (or if it's an unintended effect of some other change)

This is my forum post with the other issue mentioned, where ally who started war will not force demands

I'm not him, but I got a save with a similar scenario going on. Accepted a Joint Declaration of War with another empire. Got 100% warscore, enemy empire won't capitulate.
And this I've now filed in our internal database as an issue - AI war leader (on the winning side) really should be enforcing the wargoals at this point.
