In my games, the syndicalists usually steamroll through Europe. Germany ends up replaced by french puppets, and the Kaiser's government exiled in Mittleafrika (which I take care of if I'm syndicalist, because the AI takes ages to finish the job).
However, most other people have Mittleuropa winning the war. But this is not about that, because whoever wins, the same problem arises.
The thing is, once either the Syndicalists or Mittleuropa win, the game is over. If the Syndicalists won, CSA most likely won ACWII and defeated Canada (and National France on their way to Germany); if Mittleuropa won, they will rarely start Der Drei Weltkreig against the Entente.
Entente is pretty much a placeholder, IMO they should be replaced by Japan's alliance. The PSA would be an important member of that alliance, and the minor countries that sympathized with the alliance that lost, should get events to join one of the two remaining alliances (syndicalist Mexico, for example, could get events to join Japan's alliance if France was defeated).
