Last day, some friends and me, were playing and one of them began a war against a NPC, being one human the war leader. One of my friends take all the NPC country with a 36% of warscore but can't take any province of the warleader. My question is, with wich percentage is possible to "force" a peace (I think that if the peace treaty is one with a low warscore requirement compared with the warscore, the one who must respond that treaty can loose -1 stability) with the leader if it's a human?

Thanks!

You 'force' peace at 100% warscore. At that point the other dude can not say no unless you have unreasonable demands. Other than that, it is just based on it being stupid to continue a war at certain points, like if you have 15 war exhaustion or no army, etc.

It's a 1.7 change, dependent on war score differential and WE. At 20 WE for the losing side, you can cause a stab hit with as little as ~6% difference between asking peace deal and war score. It seems ROUGHLY ~ to 26%-WE for losing side.

That, plus the threat of rebels where you can't accept their demands any longer, provides massive incentive for a losing side not to drag a war out too much, even in human hands. Actually in 1.8 any non-monoculture nation can be shattered to pieces in one lost war via rebels, though you probably won't be popular if you're WE camping someone :).

the question is:

One of the humans, the one who is the leader of the defensive aliance who protects the NPC is a american nation, and the other human is France. France got no enough powerful fleet to invade the another one leader of the aliance but insteed that, he got near of 36% warscore and he can't ask even the goal of the war, which is province which warscore is 8%. Seems a bit unfair because the leader of the defensive will never accept any single treaty except white peace.

Sometimes when you offer a so fair peace treaty, much below your warscore, if the another side rejects the offer it will penalize with -1 of stability and you can repeat the action until get him on -3 and force him to accept a reasonable treaty. So How it work the mechanics about this kind of treaty? How much warscore is needed for that?
