couple suggestions-
If I join to a crusade against a targeted kingdom that holds my de jure land outside of it (eg I'm the king of Sardinia and England, the crusade target, holds duchies there) I should be able to claim those lands if I contribute enough to the crusade in addition or in place of anything else. Same thing for any peesonally claimed titles outside of the kingdom I guess.
Let us negotiate for marriages and vassal alliances. Let's say I want to create the duchy of Sardinia and the count of gallura owns two of the provinces I need and I own the rest, I should be able to offer him the duchy (or just to elevate him generally) if he becomes my vassal (also possibly offer other goodies like gold, a favorable contract, land, marriages etc). Likewise marriages should be something you can negotiate, offering land, gold, non aggression parts or allianxes and the like.
