Apologise if this has been brought up before, did a search and didn't see anything
So, in my game as Byzantium I grabbed the Papal lands before they became de-jure Papacy, leaving the Pope landless
I also revoked baronies in the wrong holding counties, so now all counties have castles and are owned by myself
The Pope recently declared war, pressing all of his claims on the three counties in the Duchy of Latium
He then began raising levies/mercenaries around Rome and laying siege
When I attacked and defeated these armies, I noticed I wasn't gaining any warscore
I also wasn't gaining warscore from keeping control of the land being fought over
TL;DR: The Pope won't surrender because I can't gain warscore against him, which seems to be an issue because he has no land
He'll accept a white peace, but I want that cash-money
