Wanna pre-order a CE but pay with PayPal

I already used GamersGate and PayPal to buy P`dox-Games, the payment is simple, secure and fast (you can play within minutes).
The only way to get a CE of Rome at the moment is to pay with credit card. But there are people out there that don`t have a credit card (because in many times you have to pay extra for having one!).
So now GamersGate und Pre-Ordering are working together, why is there no way for me to get my fingers on the CE?
