Wanna plan a HOI2 multiplayer game?

I am trying to plan a (massive) HOI2 multiplayer game to take place January 7
8:00 (PM) USA time(eastern).(January 7 is 4 days after relase date)

All potential players welcome. Please chose your country by typing it in youre response. We are playing the 1936 campain.(unless by popular demand) Please refrain from pausing too much (unless going to the bathrom ).

I choose the USSR .

We will play on valkreynet.

When it comes to picking countrys.... first come first serve.
Note: if someone steals your country just before we play they will not be allowed to play.
My goal is to have people playing as USSR,Germany,Italy,France,Uk,USA,Japan,Nationalist China.

And i think i will start with the chech scenario to learn the game alittle before trying out the grand campaign.

Hmmm what country to choose... I like to be in Europe, but for some reason, in this multiplayer game, I will let someone else be Germany. Italy maybe... or Turkey.

Ok im in. But since i may only get the game a very short time beforehand i think ill go as France. That way i can humiliate myself in defeat without anyone thinking less of me.

P.S. Does anybody wanna help me by maintaining the French Navy and "Air Force" ?

32 player MP, does that mean you can also play 32 countries? Or is it 8 countries with 4 players per nation?

I got dibs on Romania. My concern is, sure the game is 32 players, but is it actually playable with 32 players. My friends and I had trouble playing with 3 players with HoI I and playing with 8 players was a big mess!

I can't play HoI as of now, since I got my broadband... so I pray to God that I will be able to play HoI2 online...

Why would you hope for people to get broadband if that was what stopped the game working for you? j/k

It's long, but it boils down to configuring your router and/or firewall to certain ports.
