Wandering Units.

Can anyone tell me if this issue has been addressed in this forum?

In nearly all the games that I have played, I have run into a situation where enemy troops wander all over my controlled regions and are invulnerable until they pick a spot to attack.

It is very annoying, for example, to watch 26 American divisions march from Vladivostock all the way to cherbourg and attack.

This is exactly what I described in another thread; sorry for the duplication.

I have to agree that it's a game killer, or at least pretty close. Rather than thinking about strategy and planning campaigns, I have to spend all my time chasing these units, and moving my planes before they get wiped out. Very annoying! Not least because it's so completely unrealistic, and obviously either a bug or a design flaw.

This really needs to be looked at ASAP, from what I have read, this is still around in 1.03. To add to all the agony, I have found a very good way if you play Germany to win the "sitzkrieg"....just wait long enough and the whole BEF will have attacked division by division the 2 mountain areas in the south of Germany, which are defended by my 9 fully dugg in divisions (why start a full scale attack???) and they will all been defeated in .1 seconds BUT then start their march under a white flag to either Koeningsberg, the province left to Copenhagen (if Germany has annexed Denmark), or Hamburg. Just make sure you always have some land divisions there and you eliminate the BEF (and numerous French units) BEFORE Fall Gelb actually starts.
