Waking The Tiger Achievements are already out

I don't know if it's just me, but when I logged on on steam I saw that the new achievements for Waking The Tiger are already out, even though the dlc hasn't come out yet.

Is this a bug or is it intentional?

I just noticed this too since you pointed it out. Its pretty strange. Either its just a bug or maybe its to drive up hype?
