In my most recent game I realized that you could pretty easily win the league war (especially when there is a small emperor) by just joining the protestant league on Day 1 of the Union and then immediately declaring war with the CB. This is dumb. There should be a period of a year or two when the leagues can form but there can be no war triggered.
