Troops supplied by MA overseas

Playing as Germany, I DoWed Norway. I did not want to make an amph. assault, so I demanded MA from Sweden and got it. Then I started conquering Norway. Some time later, it came to my mind that I had forgotten convoys with supplies and oil. DAMN! Quick check on my troops. Full org. Strange. Sweden was neutral. No convoys used. Is this WAD? Seems kinda strange to me...

yes its WAD - and in my opinion a little wierd - but I thik the troops still cost you supplies so in the end it does not make a huge difference..
