still some empty fleets...

well atm im playing greece and valiantly defending against the italians...

some days ago a mighty british fleet without ships entered my port in krete. i dont think they will leave cause 0 british sailors married 0 krete women and built 0 houses and start a new life on our beautiful sunny beaches...

thought this was corrected in 1.04.

Read again... It's still the case for ships. The AI effectively uses 0 strength ships for internal reorganisation

what to do with these 0 / 0 fleets ?

i have taken mil. control over italy and found much of these fleets.

how does the AI use them ?

Don't know the exact specifics. If you read the 1.04 read me you'll see Johan said that. Ai seems to use it for internal organisation
