Ships disappear when cancelling upgrade

I have 1.04.
When a ship is in the force-pool for upgrading, and the upgrading process is cancelled, the ship ist gone! I think it should remain in the force-pool for redeployment.
Perhaps its a WAD, but I think its pretty annoying if you changed your mind about the upgrade.

Annoying, yes, but better think twice when you do it.
