Oil to Rubber conversion does not work correct

Playing as Germans
Maximum coal with surplus like 1000/day
Maximum Oil with trade and supply surplus like 1000+/day

oil to rubber one to one ratio

20 000 Rubber from previous trade,

You might think that the surplus oil would add to your stockpile of rubber, instead it decreases the rubber value fast. MUCH faster than your consumtion of rubber.

Could this be fixed. To be able to have rubberstock I had to stop all trade for Oli and maybe trade som away to keep the oil from converting to rubber.

After that you could easaly manage your rubber stock by trading

yupp, having oil doesn´t count anything if you have some rubber left....
