German Russian pact

Had an instance where I had Hungary take over the territories that are suppose to be partitioned with Russia when we split Poland. I honored the pact but I got to keep the territories because Hungary owned them.

The event is simply not able to handle such special cases.

I figured it would not but hey I am testing these things on purpose to help them out more

Main reason I love the game and want it to be even better and get them to resell it on the market as a gold edition.
