Bug with Vichy France event.

I played 1.03b as Germany. After chosing "install vichy goverment" - french units did not vanish and provinces they were in did not pass into my control. There were two Frances (!): normal France and Vichy France. I coudn't do anything about "normal" France. It existed though it hadn't any VP provinces, I couldn't annex them or anything. Diplomacy window showed that i was all the time at war with them. It's major bug IMO and in 1.04 i don't see it mentioned...

Installing Vichy does not eliminate France or end the war with them. You shouldn't be at war with Vichy unless something else happened to cause it. In fact, Vichy should be your puppet. You will probably need to provide more details like an excerpt from the history.

I wasn't at war with Vichy France after the event. I was at war with "France". Vichy event historically was a PEACE agreement. France ceased to exist and Vichy France was installed as german puppet. In game accepting peace agreement doesn't end war. A country named "France" exists even if it has no units, no provinces, no nothing! I was able to do all diplomatic actions on them ("annex" was greyed out) by clicking on one of their former provinces. In my opinion it is a bug. After Vichy event there should be no France at all.

Yes there should... There *WAS* a Free France in exile... And they *HAD* provinces left.... Some islands + Guyana. Sorry, WAD
