-10% All Power Costs from the golden age, combined with -50% Diplomatic Annexation Cost:
Expected: 100% - 50% -10% = 40% Diplomatic Annexation Cost

Current: (100% - 50%) * (100% - 10%) = 45% Diplomatic Annexation cost


It is a minor issue, but the APC modifier seems to work additively everywhere, expect for this action.

Just checked in-game for Core Creation Cost and this is most certainly not true.

Stack 50% CCR and check the cost for a province.
Now increase innovativeness to 100.
You will see a 20% decrease compared to the previous number.
If APC worked multiplicatively in this case, you would only see a 10% decrease.
