City not receiving population growth bonus or civilization level growth bonus from trade routes. I've tried several combinations with an eye to maximizing growth via wheat imports from high civ regions and/or development by the importation of wine from Rome @ 100 civ or wood from Ager Brutus @ 85 civ.

Liguria (wood) trade wheat in, and is not receiving the +3% pop growth.

Please, be sure that:

a) You are measuring the growth difference every January (that's when population calculations are made)

b) the province (Liguria, in this case) is not blockaded​

Note that the tooltip's population increase is per decade, not yearly.

As for civilisation: once again it's yearly, it's an absolute value not a percentage.

Please, check again and should You not see a proper growth, pack and post the savegame. It works fine as I test it.

The civilization and Pop growth bonuses (boni?) show as expected in the tooltips for every city excepting only Liguria. The loss has shown itself in long term stagnation i.e. lagging far behind Bononia next door by 10 civ points and 4 pop points. Bononia was trading with Rome and Liguria with Apulia and later Epirus so I would expect a moderate lag in civ growth and an equal (4%) pop growth. Perhaps when I play through again this effect will clear up but for now it looks a very buglike if minor glitch.

Edit - Boni from Censors and city proximity show as normal, only trade related stuff is missing.

You are saying that the issue only shows with a particular province: Liguria and its trade-brought civilisation and population. You are sure the province wasn't blockaded or controlled by barbarians.

("Bonus": plural in Latin is "Boni" - in English I often read "Bonuses".)

I cannot duplicate the bug - that is: trade works as intented, as I test (population, and civilisation spread). So, I will need a savegame where the increases, due to trade, don't show up.

If it shows in my next game I'll get back to you.. For now I just recreated the cache directory and am going to experiment with shipping in iron to see if I can build HVYs. Thank you for the prompt feedback. :)
