VP Provinces

It'd be nice if all, even low VP provinces are marked with star on the map, so it's significant where they are without much work needed to find them.

And some purtty little flowers in Netherlands

I'm more attracted to resources & ICs of the province than little stars. I don't find them so important.
However I agree on some extra markings on provinces would be helpful, although it would be difficult to do it on the small provinces.
