Volzhskiy, one of the provinces bordering Stalingrad/Tsaritsyn, wasn't founded until 1951. So maybe there should be a different name there. Krasnoslobodsk is the next biggest town.

Krasnoslobodsk sounds like a name given during the Soviets era. We need a name that could fit 1914 scenario too. Any other suggestion?
